Licensed Operator

Jagath Tours & Travels is a registered entity with the Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority (SLTDA). All tours are led by licensed guides.

Price Variations

Due to exchange rate fluctuations (USD/LKR), we reserve the right to adjust final prices if significant changes occur before the final payment is settled.

Cancellation Tier

30+ Days: 100% Refund (minus fees). 14-29 Days: 50% Refund. Under 14 Days: Non-refundable due to non-recoverable hotel/permit costs.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by 'Acts of God', weather conditions, or sudden changes in Sri Lankan government entry regulations.

Traveler's Responsibility

It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure valid visas (ETA) and medical insurance are obtained before arrival. Jagath Tours & Travels acts as an intermediary for hotels and transport; we are not liable for any personal injury or loss incurred during third-party activities.
